- Keyword analysis and recommendations
- Competitive analysis tools
- SEO performance tracking
3. Account Registration
To use SPIDrSEO, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Not share your account with others
4. Subscription and Payments
- SPIDrSEO offers various subscription tiers (Explorer, Accelerator, Apex)
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Crawl websites without authorization or in violation of their terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or infringe on others' rights
6. Intellectual Property
SPIDrSEO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI:nstein Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of SPIDrSEO is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
8. Limitation of Liability
SPIDrSEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or errors
- Actions taken based on SEO recommendations
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
