Your Right to Delete Your Data

At SPIDrSEO, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Self-Service Deletion

Step 1: Log in to your SPIDrSEO account

Step 2: Go to Profile Settings (click your avatar in the top right)

Step 3: Navigate to "Account" tab

Step 4: Click "Delete Account" at the bottom

Step 5: Confirm deletion by typing your email address

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance, email us:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include: Your registered email address

We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation when complete.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your account profile and login credentials
All crawl history and SEO reports
Saved websites and competitor data
Payment history (Stripe retains transaction records separately)
Any OAuth connections (Google, Facebook)

Important Notice

Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please export any reports you wish to keep before requesting deletion.

Facebook Data

If you signed up using Facebook Login, deleting your SPIDrSEO account will also remove:

The connection between your Facebook account and SPIDrSEO
Any data we received from Facebook (name, email, profile picture)

You can also remove SPIDrSEO's access through your Facebook App Settings.

Data Retention

After deletion request:

Active data: Deleted immediately
Backup systems: Purged within 30 days
Legal records: Invoice data may be retained for tax compliance (7 years)
